Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents as per their needs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss resident care plans and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation among residents.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
