About the role
The Delivery Merchandiser (DM) plays a crucial role in the Retail Sales team, focusing on selling, delivering, and merchandising beverages across various accounts.
Responsibilities
- Service all assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock Standards and Franchise Policy.
- Perform activities such as selling in new products, incremental displays, additional merchandising space, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Communicate transshipping activity and visit weekly all transshipping accounts to pick up pallets, trays, etc.
- Ensure account success by taking ownership and notifying the supervisor of any changes.
- Complete required paperwork and monitor accounts for CDA compliance.
- Report competitive activity, achieve sales goals, and promote Core Values.
- Follow DOT Regulations, Company Policy, and Procedures.
Requirements
- Valid state driver license and Class A Commercial Driver License (where applicable).
- D.O.T Certification (where applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., stand, walk, sit, reach, grasp, climb, squat, kneel, speak, and manually manipulate.

- High School Diploma or GED.
