About the role
The Delivery Merchandiser (DM) is a key member of the Retail Sales team, responsible for selling in, delivering, and merchandising beverage products from PepsiCo, Keurig Dr Pepper, and Buffalo Rock private label brands. Responsibilities
- Service all assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock Standards and Franchise Policy for service frequency.
- Perform route-specific activities, including selling new products, setting up incremental displays, securing additional merchandising space, and executing promotions.
- Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.
- Communicate all transshipping activity per Company Policy and visit weekly all transshipping accounts to pick up pallets, trays, etc.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts to ensure the group's success.
- Communicate new accounts and any changes to existing accounts (ownership, closure) to the supervisor.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Monitor assigned accounts for CDA compliance.
- Communicate daily with supervisor regarding product shortages, returns, refused orders, order changes, account updates, or operational items.
- Achieve required percentage of Strategic Execution Objectives and key account program objectives.
- Properly rotate all products and remove damaged or out-of-date products per Company policy.
- Pick up pallets, trays, and CO2 on each visit and document via proper paperwork.
- Assist management in reporting competitive activity, achieving sales goals, and promoting Core Values.
- Follow all DOT Regulations, Company Policy, and Procedures for truck check-out, check-in, and settlement processes.
- Work weekends, non-traditional hours, and holidays as needed.
- Attend all scheduled meetings requiring your presence or participation.
- Adhere to customer policies for vendors/suppliers, including business conduct, ethics, legal, delivery, and merchandising policies.
- Exhibit high ethical and moral conduct while representing Buffalo Rock.
- Complete assigned training curriculum, including online and facilitated training.
- Take reasonable precautions to protect the Company from damages, theft, or liabilities and ensure safety of employee-partners, customers, and property.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- No prior experience necessary (preferred).
- Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Valid state Class A Commercial Driver License (where applicable).
- D.O.T Certified (where applicable).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, non-traditional hours, and holidays.
