Delivery Manager - Reliance Energy Management System

Rôles et responsabilités

• Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions using the software suite. Master the technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Participate throughout the assigned project lifecycle, contributing to decisions regarding architecture, design, and functionality to keep projects on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. Work closely with the customer to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies for their organization through site evaluations. Also provide standard recommendations on workflow, applications, interfaces, reports, testing, and downloads to customers throughout the implementation process. Responsible for preparation for go-live and support, and will collaborate with internal team members and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Based on a deep understanding of a technical discipline, analytical mindset, and technical experience, implement policies/stategies.
• Have a thorough knowledge of best practices and how one's own domain integrates with others. Have practical knowledge of competition and what sets them apart on the market.
• Show discernment and ability to propose different solutions outside defined parameters to handle more complex manufacturing processes involving a variety of technical aspects and/or interdependent production cycles. Based on technical experience and an analytical mindset. Call on limited internal and external resources beyond one's own teams to make decisions.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can lead small projects with risks and low resource needs. Explain information. Develop skills to bring the team to consensus on matters relevant to the domain. Communicate performance expectations and can manage sensitive issues.

Qualifications de base

• For roles outside the US - This role requires significant experience in the function and audio digital workstation. Equivalent to a university degree (or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
• For roles in the US - University degree (or high school diploma and/or general studies degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience).
