Rôles et responsabilités
- Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions using the software suite.
- Master the technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to architectural, design, and functionality decisions to keep projects on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies for their organization through site evaluations.
- Provide standard recommendations on workflow, applications, interfaces, reports, testing, and client downloads throughout the implementation process.
- Responsible for go-live preparation and support, as well as post-live assessments. Work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Based on deep knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical mindset, and technical experience, implement a policy/stategy.
- Possess a thorough understanding of best practices and how one's own domain integrates with others.
- Possess practical knowledge of competition and factors that differentiate them on the market.
- Show discernment and ability to propose different solutions outside defined parameters to handle more complex manufacturing processes involving various technical aspects or interdependent production cycles.
- Draw on technical experience and analytical skills. Utilize limited internal and external resources beyond one's own teams to make decisions.
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can manage small projects with risks and low resource needs.
- Explain information. Develop skills to bring team members to consensus on matters relevant to the domain. Communicate performance expectations and can manage sensitive issues.
Qualifications
- For roles outside the US - Requires significant experience in the function and audio digital workstation. Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
- For roles in the US - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or associate degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience).
- Solid communication skills (oral and written).
- Solid interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Ability to initiate and manage moderate impact initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
