Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing and new customers and providing excellent customer experience and business growth.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business needs.
- Experience in handling customer onboarding and transition life cycle management.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting delivery issues and managing a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflicts, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Determining ways to reduce costs and effectively manage FTE within budget and without impacting customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Developing appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the performance of the business.
- Providing monthly/quarterly high-quality MIS for management review and analysis.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in M.com /MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
- CA / CMA / CPA preferred.
Qualifications
- 14 + Years of experience required.
