In this pivotal role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage intricate technical programs, and deliver innovative solutions that align with strategic business goals. Please Note: This is a W2 position Duration: 6 Month Contract with possibility of ext. Location: Manhattan, New York 5 days onsite What You'll Do Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering technical needs, resource management, and delivery timelines to ensure successful on-time deployment.Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Leverage advanced analytical skills to evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvements.Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of innovation within your teams.Lead the integration of cutting-edge cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership throughout project lifecycles.Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and agility in fast-paced environments. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent expertise, with a track record of managing complex technology projects.Deep understanding of software development life cycles, including agile and waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project.Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and environments. Nice To Have Skills Technical development experience.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP.Industry experience in Financial Services. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and cloud-based initiatives. Additional Requirements Must be willing to work onsite five days a week.Prior experience managing projects involving complex AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud solutions.
