Misfits Market is a mission-driven startup focused on reducing food waste and offering affordable, sustainable groceries. As a Delivery Manager, you'll lead daily operations, ensuring timely deliveries while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT and Misfits Market safety standards
• Champion continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities and implementing new processes
• Develop a high-performing leadership team, setting clear goals and utilizing performance tools
• Foster collaboration across departments to achieve on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Analyze data to prepare performance reports and develop corrective action plans
• Build strong relationships with direct reports and HR partners, addressing urgent issues and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate tasks, and manage time efficiently
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with all levels of management
• Excellent conflict resolution and decision-making abilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in logistics or distribution
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or fulfillment centers

$75,000 - $82,000 annually
