Delivery Manager - Elite Brands of Colorado
About the role
The Delivery Manager oversees all delivery operations for Elite Brands of Colorado, ensuring routes run efficiently, drivers feel supported, and customers receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Build efficient daily routes, balance loads, limit miles/hours, evaluate route structure quarterly, and maintain routing tables.
- Driver Leadership—Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and support drivers; lead quarterly driver meetings; provide daily supervision and feedback.
- Daily Delivery Oversight—Manage real-time delivery issues, partner with customers, and ensure high-quality service throughout the day.
- Driver Check In—Review end-of-day issues, document concerns, coach on mistakes, and escalate when needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance Coordination—Oversee monthly vehicle checks, track maintenance logs, and plan for equipment needs.
- DOT Compliance—Stay current on federal regulations, maintain DVIR/log books, and keep training materials updated.

Requirements
You are a high-energy, solutions-driven operations leader with 2-5 years of delivery, logistics, routing, or transportation leadership experience. You must be highly organized, proactive, and able to balance daily execution with long-term planning. You must communicate clearly, give direct and constructive feedback, and build trust with drivers, peers, and customers. You must enjoy problem-solving, coaching, and creating efficiencies in a dynamic environment. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
Qualifications
You have a college degree and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. You have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You have experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and have a proven track record of delivering results.

Benefits
Base salary $55,000.00 per year to start + $10,000-$15,000 in bonus opportunities + $80 monthly car and phone allowance.
