It engages with the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) ecosystem, utilizing systems such as policy administration, underwriting, workflows, portals, document management, and policy conversion to facilitate these services. About the Opportunity:The DELIVERY MANAGER role is responsible for leading and managing complex projects related to life insurance and annuity products. This position ensures successful delivery by overseeing project scope, timelines, risks, and communications across cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients. The role is pivotal in integrating technology solutions, including AI initiatives, to drive digital transformation and improve business processes in line with strategic objectives. Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgetsApply expertise in life insurance and annuity products to guide project design and implementationManage cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, overseeing execution and performanceServe as primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and issue resolutionEnsure projects comply with industry regulations and organizational policiesIdentify and mitigate risks specific to life and annuity projectsMonitor and control project budgets for cost-effectivenessOversee quality assurance of deliverables to meet standards and expectationsMaintain detailed project documentation including plans and change requestsLead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and foster collaborationDrive problem-solving to address project challenges promptlyLead AI initiative implementations, collaborating with data science and engineering teams to embed AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience managing technology projectsAgile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification preferredProven experience as a delivery manager focused on life insurance, annuity product implementations, and TPA operationsStrong project management, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency with project management tools and softwareDeep knowledge of life insurance and annuity products, industry regulations, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to collaborate across departments and work effectively in teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Pay Range and Compensation Package:US salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
