Responsibilities
- Prioritize PI commitments and collaborate with PO leadership and team.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to ensure PI execution.
- Review the release plans and deliverables.
- Collaborate as required with other teams for cross-team deliverables.
- Review Sprint progress and Sprint retrospectives.
- Focus on Test Automation as a priority and work on plans with QA lead.
- Follow through the transition plan and execution.
- Conduct weekly review of progress (WSR).
- Oversee PI backlog grooming and clarifications.
- Hold weekly touch points with team leadership (Tech Lead + SM) - Agile Amplifiers.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and RTE to track progress and challenges.
- Innovate to streamline teams' performance, financials, and processes.
- Keep track and prioritize the production support triage team for SLA and resolution.
- Work through transition and ensure seamless experience without impacting the PI.
- Review monthly financials with RTE and stay on top of the budget for execution.
- Track and review agile metrics.
- Publish weekly 5-10 updates about the DX train.
- Share the WSR reporting.
- Conduct bi-weekly connects to discuss and update about the train, including observations, improvements, impact of changes, and results.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $150,000 - $160,800. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
