Delivery Lead/ Project Manager

About the role

Charlotte, NC – Onsite, local candidates only, full‑time Project Manager / Delivery Lead position.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle accountability to deliver the right technology solution while following Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, controlling and closing technology components and deliverables.
• Lead and deliver technology solutions with quality, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery of technology solutions.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple technology teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Articulate clear updates and critical path.
• Gather and facilitate project updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
• Identify emerging risks/issues, escalate as needed, and identify critical path to resolve.
• Execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and maintain evidence and systems for record of change.
• Support resource planning for delivery/execution.
