DOMINO'S PIZZA – Locally owned and operated by GREAT STATE PIZZA LLC. Two‑store franchisee for the number 1 pizza company in the world, DOMINO'S. We are hoping to quickly grow the number of our stores within the company. This will create an opportunity for employees to move up within our franchise and within DOMINO'S. 95 % of DOMINO'S franchisees started as delivery drivers or expert pizza makers. My name is Jon Quirey, I have 20 years of experience with DOMINO'S and am opening my first store here in Gonzales, TX. Job Description

As a Delivery Expert you are the mechanism for delivering fast and delicious pizzas to our hungry customers. Enthusiastic customer communication, positive personality, punctuality and sense of urgency are essential. Additionally, the ability to maintain professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s image standards is required – YOU ARE THE FACE OF THE BRAND!

Responsibilities

• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area and navigate diverse terrain—including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites—while carrying product.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality‑control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
• Take inventory, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in or reach‑in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Perform accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Utilize a computer keyboard and touch screen comfortably.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for the majority of the shift; be on your feet.
• Walk on ceramic tile “bricks” and linoleum surfaces.
• Work at heights of 36″ to 48″.
• Lift and/or stack products and supplies up to 50 lb; unload bulk deliveries 2‑3 times per week.
• Occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or use stairs while performing job tasks.
• Hand‑eye coordination required for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years of driving history if 18, 1 year if 19 or older.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery; vehicle must be less than 10 years old, kept clean and maintained.
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company‑specific standards.
