About the Role

The Flatbed & Gooseneck Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely transporting materials and products using flatbed trucks and gooseneck trailers. When not performing delivery duties, this position supports warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbed trucks and gooseneck trailers transporting loads up to 20,000 lbs.
• Complete scheduled deliveries throughout Utah, including loading, unloading, inspecting, and securing cargo using approved equipment and securement methods.
• Verify shipment accuracy before departure and upon arrival.
• Comply with all OSHA and company safety policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Report unsafe conditions or practices to supervision.
• Accurately complete delivery, inspection, and shipping documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of trailer hauling and towing experience.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience operating flatbed trucks and gooseneck trailers.
• Knowledge of load securement practices and transportation safety requirements.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English sufficient to perform job duties.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; CDL preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
