Delivery Driver - South Hill

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to designated locations on time.
• Show punctuality and honesty.
• Read and understand a basic road map.
• Ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time in a courteous manner.
• Maintain delivery vehicles before and after shifts.
• Aid in food preparation, take customer orders, clean duties, and rotate food shipments including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Be well versed in product details, services, charges, and related information.

Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• A sense of urgency.
• Customer focus with strong initiative.
• Cash management skills.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license for the state where working, licensed for at least two years.
• No more than two moving violations and one accident in the last year.
• No DUI or speeding tickets over 24 mph.
• Satisfactory vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.

Qualifications

• Positive learning experience during training.
• Minimum wage, reimbursement for miles driven ($.44 per mile), data usage reimbursement, and credit card/cash tips paid to the driver.
