Colonial Electric Supply is hiring an experienced Truck Driver.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-trip safety inspections and oversee the loading of the truck.
• Drive dedicated local routes to deliver electrical components to commercial job sites and company branches.
• Safely unload materials for clients and provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience driving a 26ft box truck or similar commercial vehicle.
• Licence: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR background screening required).
• Certifications: Ability to pass a DOT physical/certification and meet OSHA requirements.
• Physical: Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
