Delivery Van Driver

About the role

The Box Truck Driver operates a non-CDL delivery vehicle to transport food staples and specialty products to various customer locations. This position is ideal for individuals with commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products at customer sites, using a dolly or hand truck if needed.
• Document trip data, receipts, delivery exceptions, and vehicle issues.
• Perform warehouse-related duties when not making deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years).
• DOT physical.
• Lift and move product and packages which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• The ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Skills

• Commercial driving experience preferred.
