Delivery Driver/Courier

General Duties

• Deliver high-quality products to customers/patients in a safe, courteous, timely manner as directed by the Pharmacy Team.
• Assist in the packing of orders and preparations for delivery and/or shipments on an as needed basis.
• Cooky with team to handle the delivery of orders and packages in a timely fashion.
• Cooky with customer/patient to allow for problem free delivery.
• Coordinate with team to handle the delivery of orders and packages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain and clean warehouse as directed on an as needed basis.
• Confirm delivery based on company protocols.
• Aid in recording and maintaining delivery logs and signatures.
• Provide assistance in the warehouse when not on a route, such as stocking, packing and moving boxes, etc as needed.

Minimum Education, Certification And Experience/Skill Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to correctly and safely operate a large vehicle (i.e.: box truck, cargo van etc.).
• Clean background check and drug screen.
• Excellent Communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Physical Demands Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

About the Role

The Driver will work under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager and in collaboration with the healthcare team to provide exceptional value to our customers. They will be a key contributor for all phases of the Specialty Infusion Pharmacy's operation and should be an experienced professional in this segment of care delivery.
