About the role

We are seeking dependable CDL-B delivery truck drivers to safely operate straight trucks and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes. Drivers build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude while becoming familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. This position offers daily routes with home nightly.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a straight truck safely and efficiently on assigned routes
  • Manually unload and deliver dairy products to customer locations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Understand customer operations to meet their needs and expectations
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements

  • Valid Class-B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • 21+ years of age
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 55 pounds

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Six months of related experience preferred

Pay

Starting pay: $30.78 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week, plus shift differential.

Schedule

Start time varies based on business needs. Drivers are home nightly.
