Delivery Driver-CDL A

Full-time position delivering products within an assigned account base and territory in the beverage alcohol industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in small groups in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
• Deliver products safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Assist the warehouse as needed.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Secure company property, including cash, checks, and the company vehicle, at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Valid standard Driver’s license and compliance with insurance requirements.
• CDL Class A Driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical (for CDL holders).
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed.
• Strong customer service skills and understanding of DOT rules and regulations.
• Positive attitude, excellent attendance record, and strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Operates in a warehouse environment.
• Hours vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager.
• Regular, consistent attendance is required.
• Dress code may vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 165 lbs occasionally and 25+ lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
• Constant movement on feet, including climbing in and out of trucks and up/down stairs.
• Must be able to stand, balance, walk, climb stairs, sit, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
• Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
• Must be able to talk and hear effectively.

Pay

$25.00/hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday.
