Delivery Driver

About the role

We’re hiring Cannabis Delivery Drivers in North Hollywood. If you’ve got a valid driver’s license, a clean record, and a knack for delivering great customer service, this is your chance to join one of the fastest-growing names in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Loading, packaging, transporting, and delivering items to clients accurately, safely, and timely.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Maintain full compliance with all Cannabis compliance laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with On-Site and Support teams.
• Use handheld device for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Maintain highest professional and ethical standards.
• Safeguard all company operating equipment.
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• 1-2 years of previous delivery driving experience preferred.
• Previous Cannabis experience preferred.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience required.
• Valid California Driver's license.
• Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years.
• All Phones and electronics must be used hands-free in accordance with state laws.
• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Pay

You'll earn $18.47 per hour. A personal vehicle is required, as company vehicle availability varies by location and business needs. Tips are also available.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, and candidates are required to have availability to work 7:45am - 11:45am or 6:45pm - 10:45pm.
