What you’ll be doing:

• Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on assigned routes to customers
• Organize and load product for delivery using the manifest, ensuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule
• Provide customer support, accept product returns, and solve problems for customers
• Ensure safe work practices and foster the company's safety culture

What you bring to the table:

• An ability to be a safe and courteous driver who can navigate maps and handle various weather and road conditions
• An ability to make sound decisions, especially in driving, parking, safety-related, and customer interaction-related situations
• An inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to build strong relationships and collaborate to resolve issues
• An ability to use technology such as GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) devices
• An ability and willingness to maintain vehicle cleanliness, including performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance concerns

Basic Qualifications:

• A valid drivers’ license with a safe driving record acceptable to the company
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (no THC)
• To obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written communications)
• Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours may be required based on business need
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push and pull items weighing up to 400lbs. with assistance, and maneuver up to 130 lbs.
• To wear safety composite shoes
• At least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

• A high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1-year of truck driving experience (operating a 16ft or longer straight truck) or comparable driving experience
• High volume package delivery experience
