Job requirements and duties

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Must possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications

• General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, and cleaning.
• Training is provided on the job.
• Essential functions/skills include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately, making correct monetary change, verbal and written communication, motor coordination, entering orders using a computer, and handling various physical tasks.

Work conditions

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler areas to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk-in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments

• The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical requirements

• Standing most of the time.
• Walking for short distances for short durations.
• Sitting for paperwork completion.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries twice a week or more.
• Carrying large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces.
• Trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray.
• Pushing trays on dollies with a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
• Climbing occasionally to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have had a driver's license for at least a year.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work in bad weather conditions.
