Job Requirements and Duties
- Must be 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.

Qualifications
- General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
- Orientation and training are provided on the job.
- Communication skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and make correct monetary change.
- Motor coordination, visual acuity, and manual dexterity are required for tasks such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, as well as entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.
Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, exposure to fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, exposure to hot surfaces and moving mechanical parts, and sudden changes in temperature.
Sensations
- Talking and hearing on the telephone.
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- The ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Physical Requirements
- Standing most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking for short distances for short durations.
- Surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks with linoleum in some food process areas, and heights of work surfaces are between 36 and 48.
- Sitting paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
- Lifting bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
- Carrying large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
- Pulling trays which are placed on dollies.
- Climbing stairs or climbing a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
