Job Requirements and Duties

• Must be 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
• Must be able to navigate through adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.

Qualifications

General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, and cleaning facilities. Training is provided on the job.

Essential functions/skills required include:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Keyboard or touch screen entry skills.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including adverse weather when performing outdoor tasks.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work areas and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk-in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for most tasks.
• Walking for short distances.
• Sitting for paperwork completion.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying large cans weighing up to 3 pounds 7 ounces.
• Trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds each.
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies.
• Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally.

Temperaments
