About the role

We are currently seeking experienced professionals in the Salesforce or AWS ecosystems, particularly within Sales/Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce/AI, and Amazon Connect. Our roles include Technical Architects + Leads, Solution Architects, Consultants, Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and leadership positions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce and AWS solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Salesforce and AWS methodologies and best practices.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce and AWS product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce or AWS ecosystems, preferably within Sales/Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce/AI, and Amazon Connect.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and AWS architecture, integration, and security principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and AWS tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and AWS best practices and standards.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
