About the role

TerraCycle is an international leader in innovative sustainability solutions, operating in 20 countries, including 12 in Europe. We work with manufacturers, retailers, and end users to implement turnkey recycling programs for hundreds of everyday waste streams.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage recycling programs for various waste streams. - Collaborate with clients to design and implement sustainable solutions. - Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. - Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development and strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, waste management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

- Experience in developing and managing recycling programs. - Knowledge of sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to travel as needed.
