Delivery Coordinator

The DELIVERY COORDINATOR is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations by resolving warehouse inventory issues and coordinating order schedules. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by managing delivery timelines and communication, supporting the delivery team, and addressing delivery problems to maintain loyalty and operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Review delivery orders and exception reports to identify and resolve problems
• Provide guidance to team members and delivery providers to execute delivery plans
• Evaluate and approve or suggest alternatives for delivery requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support and direct delivery providers, including management, office staff, and delivery teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of office or clerical experience involving customer relations and problem resolution
• Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning shifts as needed
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft products
• Data entry skills at 50 words per minute
• Excellent oral communication and phone skills
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening including criminal background check

Pay

Pay Range: $15.78 - 23.01 Hourly
