Delivery Associate (Job Fair)

About the role

At Dynamic Transportation and Logistics LLC, we are an authorized delivery service partner that delivers packages to our customers. Your role as a Delivery Associate will be to deliver packages every day safely while providing an excellent customer service experience. You’ll make these deliveries while in the comfort of the safe Rivian Electric Delivery Vehicles and Ford Transit pickups and Ford Step vans and cargo vans.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans accurately and safely
• Deliver between 200–250 packages a day on average
• Enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the shift
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Manage time well while delivering safely
• Operate a large cargo van
• Provide excellent customer-oriented service

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license within the state of employment
• Criminal background check
• Verification of motor vehicle registrations
• Five-panel drug test
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds

Schedule

• Flexible and fixed schedules; operations 7 days a week
• Full-time: 4 days, 10-hour shifts
• Part-time: 3 days, 10-hour shifts
• Be flexible and able to work weekends when scheduled (Saturday and Sunday)
