Delivery Architect - Consultant

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Architect - Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through solution design and manage technical implementation decisions
• Define scalable solutions that leverage out-of-the-box the company capabilities
• Identify key integrations with third-party systems
• Support sales efforts by reviewing solution designs and refining estimates for SOWs
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprints
• Establish technical governance processes and ensure instance health compliance with best practices
• Advocate for the company's services and contribute to thought leadership in the industry

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology consulting roles focusing on Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software
• Preferred experience with Global System Integrators or SaaS/Cloud companies
• Fortune 500 experience, particularly in Telco/call Center Network/Infrastructure
• Enterprise Architecture experience with relevant certifications (e.g., Togaf, IT4IT)
• Expert level understanding of call center technology stacks and communication platforms

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,000 – $223,000 annually
