Delivery Solutions Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with customer-facing and technical teams to drive successful delivery of complex data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will help shape account strategy, guide onboarding and production readiness, and ensure strategic use cases move efficiently into production. You will also serve as a key escalation point for technical issues while keeping leadership informed on customer health and adoption metrics.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to prioritize customer use cases
• Lead technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts
• Serve as the technical lead for onboarding and customer success
• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues during production
• Utilize internal resources to address tasks beyond your expertise
• Develop and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production
• Provide updates on customer health and usage metrics to management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery in Data and AI
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala programming
• Background in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales or consulting
• Knowledge of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Ability to link business value to project deliverables
• Experience in technical program or project management
• Proven track record of resolving complex escalations with senior executives
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed

Pay

$180,000 – $247,500 annually
