About the role
The Delivery Account Operations Associate supports Xerox-managed service sites by providing efficient print, mail, and office-related services. This role blends hands-on document production and finishing work with basic client support and workflow coordination.
Responsibilities
- Operate digital and color print equipment for document production.
- Perform mailroom tasks: sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters.
- Travel to support multiple customer accounts and provide coverage during employee vacations and absences (approximately 25% driving with company vehicle).
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
- Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log/report production activities.
- Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management.
- Interact professionally with clients and end-users; provide support and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office/production supplies.
- Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a print, mail, or customer service role.
- Post-secondary training in technology, office administration, or print production is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
