PRIDE Industries is a fast-paced company dedicated to creating jobs for people with disabilities and providing high-quality solutions to customers across the nation. We are now seeking a Delivery Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload product into assigned vehicle in a safe, efficient, and organized manner, while maintaining a clean company vehicle.
- Understand PRIDE’s capabilities and recognize customer needs while aligning both to grow customer relationships.
- Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimize exposure to excess and obsolete inventory.
- Track and compile data and documents, provide follow-up, and obtain necessary information and documents from external sources.
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport customer products to designated locations.
- Follow established routes and schedules by delivering products to customer sites in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using guides to diagnose and fix issues.
- Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically for delivery.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar.
- A satisfactory driving record.
- Effective communication skills, including written communication using appropriate business English.
- Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team.
- Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and Apple devices.
- Basic troubleshooting ability.
- Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and common-sense skills.
- Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations.

- High School Diploma or GED.
