Delivery Account Manager

About the role

PRIDE Industries is a fast-paced company dedicated to creating jobs for people with disabilities and providing high-quality solutions to clients. We are currently seeking a Delivery Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of customer service, administrative, and account management duties in support of customers including order processing, customer relations, strategy, and sales support functions.
• Replenish product in customer facilities and vending machines according to a pre-designated schedule or customer requests.
• Manage win/win relationships with customers through timely research and response to customer inquiries, order status, and resolving production, shipping, and scheduling issues.
• Fulfill orders and manage product inventory levels, including loading and transporting products from warehouse to customer sites.
• Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using guides to diagnose and fix issues.
• Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically for delivery.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar.
• A satisfactory driving record.
• Effective communication skills, including written communication using appropriate business English.
• Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team.
• Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and Apple devices.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and common-sense skills.
• Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Skills

• Ability to maneuver in and around the warehouse.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to pull or push up to 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of operating a pallet jack and boxed truck.
• Ability to view computer screens and operate technology.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles.
• Ability to climb in and out of vehicles.
