About the role

Delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the hot deli area is clean and well-stocked are key responsibilities for Deli Shift Leaders at Pilot Company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area
• Ensure food freshness and cleanliness
• Assist the Deli Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in restaurant or foodservice
• Incredible customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Flexible scheduling (nights, days, weekends, holidays)

Pay

Starting rates range from $14.20 to $21.10 per hour.

Schedule

A flexible schedule accommodating nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.
