About the role

Delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the hot deli area is clean and well-stocked are key responsibilities for Deli Shift Leaders at Pilot Company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area
• Ensure food in the hot deli is fresh
• Keep the area clean and well-stocked
• Assist the Deli Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in a restaurant or foodservice background
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Team player who can interact with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Flexible schedule accommodating nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Starting pay rates range from $15.00 to $22.22 per hour.
