Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our restaurant teams, fostering an inviting atmosphere and driving our commitment to excellence through passion, heart, and pride.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with hands-on experience.
- Gain a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional development.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Food handler certification required (applicant's responsibility).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills, adaptability, and conflict resolution abilities.
