About the role

Delivering exceptional guest service and assisting the Deli Manager in maintaining a clean, well-stocked hot deli area are key responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area
• Ensure food freshness and cleanliness
• Assist Deli Manager with inventory management

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in restaurant or foodservice industry
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
• Knowledge of food safety standards and equipment maintenance
• Team player with the ability to interact with various levels of staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Starting pay rates range from $15.00 to $22.22 per hour.
