About the role

Delivering exceptional guest service and assisting the Deli Manager in maintaining a clean and well-stocked hot deli area are key responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area
• Ensure food freshness and cleanliness
• Assist Deli Manager in maintaining a customer-focused culture

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in restaurant or foodservice
• Incredible customer service skills
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Team player capable of interacting with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Flexible schedule accommodating nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Starting between: $14.16 - $20.58 / hour
