About the role
Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate 40+ full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is for a Deli Service Counter Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide helpful service
- Lead and support the deli team
- Staff management
- Training and leadership
- Offer assistance
- Inventory and presentation
- Ensure quality assurance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of leadership experience (preferably in retail or restaurant settings)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge of the retail food business
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Pay
- Hourly associates are paid weekly
- Part-time store associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays
- Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays
