About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate 40+ full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is for a Deli Service Counter Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide helpful service
  • Lead and support the deli team
  • Staff management

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • At least 3+ years of leadership experience (preferably in retail or restaurant settings)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the retail food business
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Pay

  • Hourly associates are paid weekly
