DELI - SALAD STATION LEAD

About the role

This position requires engaging with customers in a personable and service-oriented manner while preparing various made-to-order salads in a customer-service location in the restaurant as opposed to the kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Prepare House Specialty Salads - Assist customers in creating custom salads from a selection of 30 different fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins - Select and prepare all individual items and dressings in advance to expedite service times
