About the role

We are seeking a Deli Hot Bar Cook to join our team at Festival Foods. This is a part-time position available for flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Offer assistance to guests
• Service excellence
• Order fulfillment
• Hot bar display maintenance
• Temperature & quality control
• Efficiency & organization
• Address and resolve guest concerns
• Support the team

Requirements

• Experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments
• Knowledge of perishable food and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Familiarity with various kitchen equipment
• Physical demands: ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, stand for long periods

Qualifications

• Ability to interact tactfully with guests and personnel
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Complete understanding of safety requirements and company policies
