Greeting our guests in a friendly and helpful manner as we provide them with the products they choose with good communication skills while answering any questions they may have.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers in a personable and service-oriented manner
• Learning how to make and serve our Award Winning Gelato, in addition to preparing various seasonal cold drinks, smoothies and desserts
• Accurately handling customer cash and credit transactions
• Other tasks that may be required in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Passionate about developing yourself as part of a team
• Ability to work in multiple positions within different store departments when needed
• Desire to deliver a high level of product and service
