Job Description

What You Will Do

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally at their tables, reflecting the Bergdorf Goodman brand and service standards
• Guiding guests expertly through the menu, demonstrating deep knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and premium beverage pairings
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen and bar staff regarding dietary restrictions or preferences
• Serving courses with precision, timing, and impeccable tableside etiquette to ensure optimal dining flow
• Accommodating special guest requests, VIP clients, and styling patrons with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Monitoring tables continuously to ensure guest comfort, proactively clearing courses and refilling beverages without prompting
• Processing payments efficiently, accurately and handling guest inquiries with supreme courtesy and poise

What You Will Bring

• Previous server or front-of-house experience preferred; luxury or fine dining experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to remain calm and poised in a fast-paced environment
