Lunds & Byerlys Deli Culinary Professionals is a full-time training program designed to provide the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to build a successful career in our Deli department. This program is focused on developing exceptional frontline Culinary Professionals who uphold our standards of quality, service, and craftsmanship while opening the door to meaningful, long-term career opportunities in our delis.

Position Details

This position location is To Be Determined. This program will have one cohort of six participants. The program begins on August 3rd. Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Deli Culinary Professional to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers!

This position works a full-time schedule and during your time as a program participant, you will earn a competitive wage of $22.50. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will earn $23.50.

Schedule

This is a full-time, 40-hour a week opportunity. During the first 30-days in this position, your schedule will be Monday-Friday at our St. Louis Park Location. Following the first 30 days, your schedule will be subject to our standard availability and scheduling policies consistent with the training store in which you are shadowing, which includes Monday-Sunday 6:00am-10:00pm scheduling.

Schedules are provided two weeks in advance. Your training location will be one of our locations in the Twin Cities Metro.

Compensation

The actual rate of pay offered within the range may depend on several factors such as skills, knowledge, expertise, and experience. Our organization also values internal equity when making job offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
