Essential Job Functions

• Rotates, stocks and straightens merchandise and supplies.
• Correctly prices all merchandise according to departmental guidelines.
• Fulfills basic housekeeping duties using available equipment.
• Operates all required tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Cleans all required deli-bakery department tools and equipment.
• Produces bakery/deli products following proper procedures.
• Stands and/or walks at a rapid pace for extended periods of time.
• Performs tasks with a high level of speed and accuracy.

Secondary Job Functions

• Maintains a neat and clean work area.
• Decorates cakes as needed.
• Unloads truck deliveries using available equipment.
• Works in temperature extremes, handling frozen foods and storage coolers.
• Orders product according to established guidelines.
