Responsibilities
Operate and keep the dehack equipment clean, and perform preventive maintenance on it.
Requirements
- Ability to meet production goals.
- Skill (or willingness to learn) to operate automated machinery.
- Maintain a clean work area; clean daily and dispose of trash.
- Self‑motivated attitude (a plus).
- Willingness to work as a team player.
- Knowledge and ability to use hand tools to adjust, repair, and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
- Willingness to learn all positions on the Dehack.
- Ability to assist on other jobs as needed.
- Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
- Frequent twisting, stooping, and bending.
- Required personal protective equipment: hard hat, earplugs, safety glasses, and steel‑toe shoes.
