About the role
Responsible for deflashing and deburring components in aerospace manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision cutting and grinding tasks to remove flash and burrs from metal parts.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict quality control standards and aerospace industry specifications.
- Use various tools and equipment including lathes, grinders, and measuring instruments.
- Work collaboratively with other manufacturing team members to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Proficiency with hand tools and precision machinery.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with aerospace materials and processes.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in using CNC machines and manual tools.
- Knowledge of ISO and ASME quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay
