What The Day Will Look Like
The Defined Contribution (DC) Solutions Partner is a senior, market-facing leadership role dedicated to advancing Aon's position and growth in the participant-directed retirement market. This role combines deep defined contribution expertise with a strong commercial orientation and will engage closely with clients, prospects, colleagues and other strategic partners to drive business growth and innovation.
The DC Solutions Partner is motivated to lead discussions on emerging patterns and opportunities across both the investment and non-investment aspects of defined contribution programs. Expertise may span a wide range of subject areas, including plan strategy and design, financial wellbeing, governance, compliance and regulatory considerations, vendor management, investment strategy, retirement income, and other areas influencing the efficiency of defined contribution programs.
The DC Solutions Partner role works closely with leaders across Aon's Wealth Solutions practice. This includes investment consulting, actuarial, legal, and compliance professionals. The role helps translate Aon's expertise into compelling client solutions, strengthens our market position, and supports growth in defined contribution consulting and investments.

- Helping shape Aon's current position and future of the DC solution offerings and industry.
- A leadership role in business development efforts, including proposals, finalist meetings, and strategic pursuits, while partnering with regional leadership and client teams to support pipeline development across markets and client segments.
- Speaking at internal and external conferences.
- Equipping client teams and colleagues passionate about sales with clear messaging, commercial framing and market insights. This enables better identification and pursuit of opportunities related to defined contribution plans.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Ten plus years working within defined contribution plan consulting, plan administration, investments or related retirement/benefits roles.
- Experience collaborating across teams to strengthen positioning, advance opportunities, and support revenue growth.
- Proven track record of contributing to revenue growth, solution innovation, cross-selling, or practice development in a consulting or provider environment.
- Strong ability to translate market trends and complex topics into clear, compelling client discussions and commercial opportunities.
- Executive presence and credibility to represent Aon effectively in external and internal settings.

Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as math, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.
Pay
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $200,000 to $280,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
