Position: Defense & Cleared Workforce Recruiter Type: Full-time Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared roles, including sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates.Develop and nurture pipelines of security-cleared talent from federal civilians, military officers, and veterans.Leverage specialized cleared sourcing channels and military transition networks to connect with candidates.Screen candidates for clearance level and eligibility, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines.Coordinate clearance verification with Facility Security Officers and customer security offices.Translate military experience into role fit, building rapport with transitioning service members. Requirements Have strong relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on cleared, defense, or GovCon talent acquisition.Demonstrated success placing security-cleared candidates with active sourcing experience in cleared talent pools.In-depth understanding of U.S. security clearances, including reactivation windows and compliance boundaries.Fluency in interpreting military/veteran backgrounds and engaging with transitioning service members.Familiarity with clearance verification workflows and collaboration with FSOs or security offices.
